My report card.
Overall, I would have to give myself an A-. Here are the results, as well as my commentary:
A1C: 5.4 (lab range 4.0 – 6.0%). Exactly the same as the December reading and definitely a good thing.
Fasting blood glucose: 105 (lab range 70-108 mg/dL). Within range, so another good thing.
